(BCG) - Singapore, December 9, 2021 – Sembcorp Utilities, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries (Sembcorp) and BCG Energy (BCGE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bamboo Capital Group (BCG), announce today that they have signed a collaboration agreement for the development of renewable projects in Vietnam. 

(BCG) On December 2nd, 2021, Bamboo Capital Group (HOSE: BCG) and its subsidiary BCG Financial Joint Stock Company received Ministry Of Finance approval for the acquisition of 80.64% of shares of AAA Insurance Joint Stock Company. The transfer dossier of this deal has been submitted and approved by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.

(BCG) - On November 25, within the framework of the Investment Promotion Conference held in Japan, under the witness of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Hong Duc Industry JSC., part of DEEP C Industrial Zones, Bamboo Capital Group and Sojitz Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on on the three-party cooperation to develop an industrial park project and ancillary infrastructure services with expected total investment capital of approximately US$250 million.

(BCG) On November 23rd, 2021 - BCG announced the certificate of registration for the public offering of shares. Accordingly, BCG will issue 148,768,587 additional shares at the price of 12,000 VND/share. If the issuance is successful, BCG is expected to collect more than 1,785 billion VND.

(BCG) On November 19th, 2021 - BCG Land officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with The Ascott Limited, Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank).

On December 31st 2020, Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) has published the Certificate of share offering to the pubic which was issued by the State Securities Commission. BCG will issue 68,002,880 shares with the issuing price of 10,000VND/share for existing shareholders. If this public offering issuance turns to be successful, BCG will gain around 680 billion VND as additional capital.

(BCG) - On August 18th, to support Ho Chi Minh city to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, Bamboo Capital Group, through the BCG foundation, donated 6 premium ventilators and a 16-seater Toyota Hiace car to Thong Nhat Hospital (Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh city), with a total value of 4.2 billion VND. 

On August 12, 2021, Bamboo Capital Group (BCG) approved the BCG Foundation to donate 50,000 Covid-19 rapid test kits to the People's Committee of Long An Province.

Bamboo Capital (BCG) has just announced its consolidated financial statements for the second quarter of 2021 with revenue of VND 814 billion, up 56% over the same period. Deducting the cost of capital, the company's gross profit is more than 302.5 billion VND, 4 times higher than the figure earned in the second quarter of 2020.

Yuanta Securities Vietnam has just issued a report recommending to buy TCD shares with a target price of VND 17,603, a profit margin of more than 32% compared to the closing price on July 30, 2021.
