Bamboo Capital Group (BCG) and Deo Ca Group (DCG) jointly explore renewable energy investment opportunities in Dien Bien province.

(BCG) On July 13th, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan – Vice Chairman of BCG’s Board of Director – and Mr. Luu Xuan Thuy – Vice Chairman of DCG’s Board of Director of DCG, representing the joint venture of the two organizations, held a meeting with the Provincial Standing Board of Dien Bien province to explore renewable energy investment opportunities in Dien Bien province.

Participants of the meeting included Mr. Nguyen Van Thang –  Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Lo Van Phuong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Le Thanh Do – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; directors from Departments of Industry and Trade, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Transport, Department of Finance, Department of Natural Resources and Environment; the Office of the Provincial Party Committee; and the Office of the People’s Committee of Dien Bien Province.

 

 

After the meeting with BCG’s and DCG’s representatives, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang – Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee – and Mr. Le Thanh Do – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee shared mutual opinions that BCG and DCG are qualified and experienced investors with great prestige, who have completed various large-scale and complex transport infrastructure and renewable energy projects. The local government also highly commended the two organization for their professionalism, cooperation, and enthusiasm with Dien Bien province.

The local leaders said that the projects researched, surveyed, and proposed by BCG and DCG are highly feasible and compatible with the potential development of Dien Bien province. Additionally, the People’s Committee of Dien Bien province will support BCG and DCG by creating favorable conditions so that the two organizations can quickly deploy transport infrastructure and renewable energy projects, expand opportunities to explore potential fields, and invest in those fields such as agriculture and tourism.

Dien Bien Provincial People’s Committee also requested BCG and DCG to establish a local enterprise for Energy Development Projects in August 2021 to coordinate with the province to speed up project implementation procedures.
