Mr. Tan Bo Quan, Andy

Mr. Tan Bo Quan, Andy has been appointed a Chairman of the Board of Directors of BCG since March 2025. Before that, he was a Independent member of Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment JSC (TRACODI) and BCG Land JSC. 

Since 2016, Mr. Andy joined BCG as an Project Manager. In addition, he held positions in the Board of Supervisory Board of BCG and BCG Energy (BCG’s subsidiary).

He has many years of experience working in the fields of financial consulting, insurance, real estate and has extensive relationships with domestic and foreign investors. Mr. Andy was the Co-Founder and held the position of CEO at A Consulting Group Pte. Ltd from 2014 – 2016.

Mr. Andy received his Bachelor of Communication and Journalism from National University of Singapore.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh is currently the Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Group. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and finance sectors, with strong expertise in corporate management, executive leadership, and financial governance. Since joining BCG in 2025, she has played an important role in the Group’s restructuring and operational improvement efforts.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Mr. Ng Wee Siong, Leonard

Since 2016, Mr. Leonard has joined BCG as Project Manager. In addition, he also holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors of BCG Energy Joint Stock Company and BCG Land Joint Stock Company (BCG’s subsidiary) He has many years of experience in the field of Finance – Banking, real estate...and has extensive relationships with domestic and foreign investors.

Mr. Leonard received his Bachelor of Science from Singapore Management University .

Ms. Thai Hong Ngoc

Mrs. Ngoc currently serves as the Member of the BOD and Deputy General Director of BCG, with overall responsibility for directing the Group’s financial restructuring initiatives. She is also directly in charge of guiding and supervising the development of the corporate culture.

Mrs. Ngoc holds a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis.

Ms. Pham Thi Thao

Ms. Pham Thi Thao is currently a Member of the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Group. She also holds several other key management positions within the Group, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance at BCG Land. With many years of experience in finance and corporate governance, she has made significant contributions to the Group’s executive management, financial management, and restructuring efforts.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Mr. Vo Van Dung

Mr. Vo Van Dung has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial banking sector. Throughout his career, he has held various key positions, including roles in the Debt Management Department, the Credit Department, and other senior management positions.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien

Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien joined Bamboo Capital Group in early 2025. Prior to this, he held various positions at the Group’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies.  In his role as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien contributes to the Group’s governance and oversight activities, while ensuring transparency and compliance with corporate governance principles.

He holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law.
