Malibu Hoi An, a project of Bamboo Capital Group, has been announced with honors in two nominations “Best Beachfront Luxury Resort Villa Development” and “Best Luxury Condotel Architectural in Southeast Asia”.
Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2019 scheduled for December 12 at Park Hyatt Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. This is one of Southeast Asia’s very first People’s Choice Award founded by Dot Property Group. In the fourth edition, the best real estate investors, projects and businesses supporting the industry will be announced with honors continuously.
Surpass a lot of huge brands in the region, Malibu Hoi An – a project of Bamboo Capital Group is the winner of two awards “Best Beachfront Luxury Resort Villa Development” and “Best Luxury Condotel Architectural”. These are the two main nominations of the ceremony, which only identify one winner.
The representative of Dot Property Southeast Asia 2019 supposed that the evaluation board was strongly impressed on Malibu Hoi An because it not only satisfying the overall basic elements but also demonstrating the long-term immovable vision of central coastal property for sustainable profitability.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen The Tai – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of Bamboo Capital Group shared that the award was an inspiration for BCG in efforts to create quality projects and to affirm the reputation of Vietnam’s real estate developer. This achievement helped businesses confidence in the strategy to expand real estate investment activities, with a view to become a strong brand in the near future both domestically and regionally.
From last year, Malibu Hoi An has been deployed by Bamboo Capital Group. So far, over 80% construction works of the villas and condotels have been completed. The project consists of 668 condotels and 96 private sea villas built on an area of 11 hectares, the building density is less than 20% which provides plenty of free space. Malibu Hoi An is expected to launch in the third quarter of 2020 and is operated by the international hotel management Radisson Hotel Group under the Radisson Blu Hoi An brand name. This will be the largest resort managed by Radisson Hotel Group in Asia – Pacific.
After the first successful cooperation of Malibu Hoi An project, On December 9, 2019, Casa Marina Resort Tourism Company Limited and Nguyen Hoang Development Joint Stock Company, subsidiaries of Bamboo Capital Group, entered into agreements for the construction, opening and management of Radisson Blu Resort in Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh with Radisson Hotels Asia Pacific Investments Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Radisson Hotel Group.
Radisson Blu Quy Nhon is Casa Marina Resort phase 2, consisting 160 top hill villas with sea view in Quy Nhon, on a 12-hectare site. The project is expected to record BCG’s profit in 2020-2021. Phase 1 of the project is launching effectively with occupancy rates of 70% on weekdays and 100% on Tet holidays. Casa Marina Resort is also voted as one of Quy Nhon’s worthy resort and tourism destinations.
