Malibu Hoi An, a project of Bamboo Capital Group (BCG), has won two awards in the resort segment.

Due to its superior design and amenity, a 5-star resort project, which is Malibu Hoi An, has just been honored in two titles of “Beachfront Luxury Resort Villa Development” and “Best Luxury Condotel Architectural” in South East Asia at the privileged Dot Property Awards 2019.

Located on the “five-star coastal highway well-known” linking Da Nang and Quang Nam, Malibu Hoi An consists of 668 condotels and 96 villas build on an area of 11 hectares. The appearance of Malibu Hoi An is considered to “wake up” the real estate market in Quang Nam as well as the solution to the problem of scarcity of high-end real estate in this market. The project expected to hand over in Q2/2020.

Malibu Hoi An has been designed environmentally friendly to harmonize with the natural heritage site in Hoi An. It also pioneered the application of modern technologies such as investment in solar power systems, rainwater utilization systems, recycle, saving energy, and vegetation to connect efficiently with the environment. Mr. Nguyen The Tai – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of Bamboo Capital Group shared: “Malibu Hoi An is an important step of BCG in its strategy of conquering and leading the resort real estate market in Vietnam.”

Construction progress is guaranteed

Currently, Malibu Hoi An has completed 95% and 65% construction works of the condotels and villas, respectively, by mid-October. The representative of the developer supposed that, on average, the contractors execute about 10-15% of workload per month to hand over in Q3/2020 as committed.

Speeding up the construction has created an internal road running from Vo Nguyen Giap Street to the coast of Ha My. The project’s technical infrastructure, such as electricity, water, and lighting systems, has been completing at the end of the year.

It is expected that after the Lunar New Year, the project campus will have a new appearance when some primary functional areas formed. Also, the investor regularly organizes flat visits and construction sites to enhance customer confidence.

To implementing the project on the schedule of construction, the investor is committed to the profit of 8% per year and prepay for the first two years. Besides, investors can also be shared 90% of income within the next ten years.  

Conquering new lands

Following the success of Malibu Hoi An, the Bamboo Capital’s investor expected to continue its mission to enhance the domestic resort market through several large-scale resort projects in potential sites. Especially next time, the Group will launch Radisson Blu Quy Nhon, which located in Quy Nhon city- Binh Dinh.

Thanks to superior design and amenity, Malibu Hoi An has been announced with honors in the nomination “Best Luxury Condotel Architectural in Southeast Asia.”

Quy Nhon becomes a new focal point in the condotel market. Perfect harmony between development infrastructure and the Central region tourism city are both attracted lots of real estate corporations to invest. It is expected to create motivation and wake up potential sites in the Central region. In 2018, Binh Dinh had 4.12 million tourists that were increasing by 10.6% in recent years. In the first six months, tourists are rising to 2.6 million, equal 22.8% compared with the same period last year.

Ghenh Rang is the most beautiful place in Binh Dinh province, where Radisson Blu Quy Nhon located. It has 160 villas toward beach and hotel with 5-star standard. Due to design and prime located, Radisson Blu Quy Nhon is expected to become a new signal in this city that bring a peaceful space to tourist.

According to an agreement with the developer, the Radisson Hotel Group will operate and manage this project when it completes in June 2023. Radisson Hotel Group is the best choice for the Group to guarantee the international standard and value of this project.
