DOJI Group has become a strategic partner of Bamboo Capital

(BCG) On December 8th, 2017, DOJI Group has announced the purchase of approximately 10.8 million shares of BCG in the form of negotiable transaction and has officially become a major shareholder of the company.

After conducting research and evaluating the potentials of BCG’s projects and realizing a common vision, DOJI has decided to become a major shareholder of BCG. Mr. Tuan Pham – BCG’s COO said “DOJI Group has become a strategic partner of BCG. This is a remarkable cooperation between the two parties. We expect more opportunities to work with DOJI in the coming years, especially in the fields of real estate and renewable energy, which are our two key areas of operation for the next five years.”

Specifically, BCG real estate projects in Quang Nam and Da Nang will start in early 2018 with a construction schedule of about 18 months. These projects will generate significant earnings that contribute to the company’s revenue structure in the future. In addition, the company is preparing all legal procedures for the construction of small to medium-sized solar power plants in Long An, Quang Nam and Dak Lak Provinces in the second quarter of 2018.
