Bamboo Capital JSC (BCG) is currently the largest shareholder of TRACODI.

Bao Viet Securities JSC has recently purchased two million shares of Transport and Industry Development Investment JSC (TCD), equivalent to 5.81% of TRACODI’s charter capital and thus becomes a major shareholder. The transaction was completed on November 23rd, 2017.

The transaction was agreed upon with an average price of 17,000 VND/share, equivalent to a total amount of 34 billion VND.

On May 27th, 2017, approximately 32.5 million shares have been listed on HoSE with the starting price of 16,000 VND/share on the first day of trading.

Bamboo Capital JSC (BCG) is currently the largest shareholder of TRACODI with 53.64% ownership. In addition, TRACODI has another major shareholder which is Intact Management Co., Ltd.

For the first nine months of 2017, TRACODI has reached 688 billion VND in revenue, up by 68% over the same period of last year. Profit after tax has reached more than 52 billion VND.
