On December 21st, 2017, Bamboo Capital JSC (BCG) announced that it has successful issued approximately 113 billion VND worth of corporate bonds to 3 major Korean partners including Chosun Refractories, Daewon, and Woomi Construction.

(BCG) On December 8th, 2017, DOJI Group has announced the purchase of approximately 10.8 million shares of BCG in the form of negotiable transaction and has officially become a major shareholder of the company.

Bamboo Capital JSC (BCG) is currently the largest shareholder of TRACODI. Bao Viet Securities JSC has recently purchased two million shares of Transport and Industry Development Investment JSC (TCD), equivalent to 5.81% of TRACODI’s charter capital and thus becomes a major shareholder. The transaction was completed on November 23rd, 2017.
