(BCG) On October 9th 2018, a subsidiary from Bamboo Capital Group (BCG) – Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas organized a ground-breaking ceremony for Malibu Hoi An project at Ha My beach, Quang Nam province.

On June 18 2018, at the annual general meeting of shareholder, the delegates from Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) stated that in these recent years, the stock price went down approximately at 5,000-6,000VND/stock because of negative profit margin. However, BCG always finds new partners and tries their best to stars commissioning new projects as soon as possible.

On June 7th, Mr. Pham Van Canh, Vice Chairman of Long An People’s Committee, has confirmed the charging scheme for Interstate 830 from Ben Luc District to Duc Hoa District. After the project was checked and taken over, the Provincial People’s Committee has officially allowed BCG – Bang Duong Consortium to finalize and start charging fees from June 2018.

Woomi Construction has announced its intention to purchase 10.26 million shares of BCG as well as 1.72 million shares of TCD, equivalent to 9.5% of BCG shares and 5% of TCD shares respectively, and thus will officially become a major shareholder of both companies. The transaction is to be executed by May 16th, 2018.

(BCG Land) On 04/04/2018, BCG Land JSC announced the ownership of the apartment project in Thao Dien. The project is located at Nguyen Van Huong street, Thao Dien ward, District 2, where many high-end and luxury real estate projects are being constructed.
