The event to introduce King Crown Infinity project: "Unique Icon - Worthy of the name" was successfully held at Gem Center (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) with more than 90% of products registered.
On the morning of June 25, the event to introduce the King Crown Infinity: Unique Icon - Worthy of the name was successfully held at Gem Center (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City). The event set a new record in the luxury real estate sector as it attracted more or less 680 customers and more than 90% of apartments were registered in just 3 hours.

Previously, this project was also inquired by a large number of customers and investors nationwide, this demonstrates the powerful attraction towards the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City in the first half of 2022.
Hoan Nguyen, a consultant from the real estate agency Rever, said: “Most of the attendees are real customers or end-users, and it is estimated that about 30% of those want to buy apartments of King Crown Infinity as an investment and make money from leasing thanks to the ideal location. In addition, the project not only have attracted customers in Ho Chi Minh City but also in other provinces, even investors from the Northern ones.

Another factor is the affordability and flexible payment at the moment, only 15% downpayment.
