Radisson Blu Hoi An project is being hasten construction

(Dan Tri) Bamboo Capital Group- project development unit said that the project has completed 95% of apartment rough construction and 65% of villa rough construction by mid-October.

After ground breaking ceremony on September 10, 2018, the land of over 10 hectares has became a great coastal construction site with hundreds of engineers and workers. On average, the contractors execute about 10-15% of the workload each month to ensure the procedure in Q3/2020 as committed.

Speeding up the construction has created an internal road running from Vo Nguyen Giap Street to the coast of Ha My. Technical infrastructure such as electricity and water systems, lighting … is also being implemented in the end of year. It is expected that after the Lunar New Year, the project campus will have a new appearance when some basic functional areas are formed. All information regarding the construction is updated regularly every month on the project’s official website. In addition, the investor also regularly organizes flat visits and construction sites to enhance customer confidence.

After signing a hotel management contract with the Radisson Hotel Group on August 19, the Malibu Hoi An project was officially renamed to Radisson Blu Hoi An and will be operated under the 5-star standard  international, guaranteeing profitability for investors. The project owns 66 villas and 668 apartments with 5-star standard, a resort managed by this hotel group in the Asia-Pacific region. Each villa has 3-4 bedrooms, luxurious interiors and architectural style consistent with the famous resorts of the Radisson Hotel Group.

In addition, joining the Radisson Hotel Group, the investor also combines with a number of domestic and foreign brands to implement the project such as BAKH (USA), a landscape solution consulting firm Landscape Solution Service, contractor Tracodi and Ricons (under Coteccons Group).

Radisson Blu Hoi An is located on a coastal road connecting the two tourist cities of Da Nang and Hoi An.

In 2019, BCG Energy JSC – a member of BCG operating in the renewable energy segment has successfully deployed and putted into commercial operation two energy companies- BCG-CME solar plants Long An 1 and 2 in Long An province with a total capacity of 140MW. At the same time, BCG Energy is actively completing legal procedures to implement other renewable energy projects including: solar energy in Long An, Ben Tre and wind energy in Soc Trang. BCG Energy sets a strategy by 2025, the company’s portfolio of renewable energy projects is deployed up to 2GW.

In order to ensure the interests for investors when in the real estate market in the Central region, in addition to implementing the project on the schedule of construction and procedure, the investor is committed to profit of 8% per year and prepay for the first two years. Besides, investors can also be share 90% of income within the next 10 years.     

This project is more competitive than other regional projects, promising a potential luxury resort project with high profitability in the real estate market.
