Ho Chi Minh City published a list of 18 residential projects available for sale

Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction published a list of 18 residential projects available for sale, for rent in 2019, available from August 2019 to October 2019.

Accordingly, these projects are scattered in urban districts and Binh Chanh district.

Notably, there are 1,036 apartments in HR3, and M2 Building belongs to Tan Thuan Tay Residential Area in Tan Thuan Tay Ward and Binh Thuan Ward, District 7. Construction of Xuan Mai Sai Gon Investment J.S.C. is the investor.

One hundred six apartments of blocks B and C, combining residence, business- service, and office in Cat Lai Residential Area Lot H1-9, Cat Lai Ward, District 2. The investor is Vinh Phu Investment Co., Ltd.

10,007 / 10,343 apartments of 17 high-rise buildings in Area A at Phuoc Thien Residential and Park, Long Binh, and Long Thanh My wards, District 9. The investor is Green City Development Joint Stock Company.

Seventeen houses belong to Villa and Apartment Complex project combining business – service, office, hotel in Thao Dien ward, District 2. The investor of the project is Sao Sang Saigon Joint Stock Company.

Four hundred seventy apartments in blocks B and C belong to Lavita Charm high-rise building, Truong Tho ward, Thu Duc District. Thuan Thanh Phat Co., Ltd is investing in this project.

One hundred forty-five houses have a garden belonging to Kim Phat Company’s project in Phu Huu ward, District 9. The investor of the project is Kim Phat Business Investment Company Limited.

One hundred forty-seven houses have gardens belonging to Thanh Phuc Company’s project in Phu Huu ward, District 9. The investor of the project is Thanh Phuc Investment Company Limited.

895 / 1.115 apartments will set up in Natural Poem high-rise building at 629 Kinh Duong Vuong Street, An Lac Ward, Binh Tan District. The investor is Lee & Co Co., Ltd. (Vietnam).

Linh Phong Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company – C.O.N.I.C. is investing 332 apartments, Block A, Conic Riverside Apartment project in Lot Ba, Residential Area 13B, Ward 7, District 8.

Phu Hung Thai Development Joint Stock Company is investing 149 apartments in M8A block (21-story block) under the Lot M8 Residential, Area A – South New Urban City, Tan Phu Ward, District 7.

217/1,068 apartments in condominium project cluster B, part of Residential Area 13E (south), New City in South of Ho Chi Minh city, Phong Phu Commune, Binh Chanh District (Saigon Intela). The project owner is Bac Phuoc Kien Joint Stock Company.

Four hundred twenty-two apartments of blocks B and C, a project was combining commercial-service-office at Lot H1-9 of Cat Lai Residential Area, Cat Lai Ward, District 2. Project Owner is Vinh Phu Investment Limited Company.

Phu Hung Thai Development Joint Stock Company is investing 456/643 apartments in MA8 block (13-story block and 30-story block) under the Lot M8 Residential, Area A – New city in South of Ho Chi Minh City, Tan Phu Ward, District 7.

Linh Phong Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company is investing 332 apartments, Block B, Conic Riverside Apartment in Lot Ba, 13B Residential Area, Ward 7, District 8.

215 phase 2 low-rise houses – Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Nam Phan Investment Joint Stock Company’s investment.

Three hundred fourteen low-rise houses – Truong Thanh Ward, District 9, Nhat Hoang Co., Ltd’s investment. 

Three hundred thirty-nine houses (333 apartments and six villas) under project combining business – service, office, hotel in Thao Dien ward, District 2. The investor is the G Homes Development Joint Stock Company.

Gotec Viet Nam Co., Ltd is investing in building 315 apartments combining business – service in 184 Tran Van Kieu street, ward 10, District 6. According to current regulations, all projects have to complete infrastructure and rough construction to qualify for market release.
