Bamboo Capital JSC has announced its decision to get shareholders’ approval in writing for these provisions:

1. To invest in real estate projects & real estate companies with an expected equity capital amount of 720 billion VND, but not exceeding 35% of BCG’s total assets as of the most recent financial statements.
2. Board of Directors are fully authorized to sign documents of rights & contracts related to future investments and project transferees.
3. Issuance of 20 million shares in private placement.
