The project consists of 64 semi-detached villas, 80 detached villas and 16 VIP villas which are built on the total land area of 12 ha. Casa Marina Resort Travel Joint Stock Company – a subsidiary of BCG Land is the project owner while BCG Land also participates in as the project developer.

On 24 July 2020, in the context of Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2020, Casa Marina Premium project won the nomination of “Best resort villa & tourism complex 2020”. This reflects the superior and sustainable value that Casa Marina Premium can deliver, as well as the strategic vision and responsibility of BCG Land for each real estate product.
“Lean on mountain, face to ocean”, Casa Marina Premium is the first and only project in Quy Nhon that possesses this unique location, along with a few projects located in different parts of Vietnam. Moreover, this project is phase 2 of the existing Casa Marina Resort which is operational with a dream occupancy rate of up to 85% on weekdays and 100% on weekends and holidays. A landscape bridge which is going to be built to connect the two projects is expected to be a new landmark of Quy Nhon City. This promises to be a new destination which tourists should not miss out.

The schedule for official sale launch is anticipated to happen in the end of 2020 and for hand-over is in the period of 2022 – 2023. Once the project is handed over, it will contribute an abnormal return to real estate cash flow of BCG.
