Mr. Nguyen The Tai

In the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of BCG, Mr. Nguyen The Tai is directly responsible for general management of all activities of the Group, especially focusing on strategic and operational supervision in agriculture and manufacturing sector of BCG.

Mr. Tai has a wealth of experience in operating, managing and organizing the personnel apparatus to operate professionally and effectively. Along with his leadership capacity and acumen, he participated in the management, strategic planning for BCG and also our subsidiaries, greatly contributing to the growth of BCG in the past time. 

Mr. Tai also holds the position of Member of the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Tracodi) - A HOSE listed company which is one of the pillar subsidiaries of BCG operating in the field of construction and trading.

Before joining BCG, Mr. Tai holds the position of General Director of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial JSC (Sacombank - SBS) in charge of technology development. In addition, he has more than 10 years of experience in the position of Information Technology Director at Unilever Vietnam.

Mr. Tai received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics (Vietnam).

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung is a Co-Founder, holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of BCG. Mr. Hung also holds the position of Vice Chairman of of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Tracodi) and First Permanent Vice Chairman of BCG Land JSC - which is two of the pillar subsidiaries of BCG operating in the field of Construction - Trading and Real Estate.

With extensive expertise in the field of project management, under his leadership, BCG has expanded its portfolio focusing on core areas including infrastructure, real estate and renewable energy.

Hung received his B.A of English Linguistics from Ho Chi Minh University of Social Sciences and Humanities and B.A in Corporate Finance from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics (Vietnam).

Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen

Mr. Michael Dang

As Vice Chairman of BCG Land, Mr. Dang Dinh Tuan (Michael) advices on Company’s strategy, project development, market positioning and branding. He is also actively involved in major acquisitions and value realizations which is one of the core competences of BCG Land. Michael has extensive experience in Real Estate industry in Vietnam. He is the founder of Anpha Holdings and M.I.K Corporation – leading real estate developers in Vietnam. He is also pioneer in Smart City Development and Application of I.O.T in property development industry. Michael is appraised “CEO of the Year – 2021” by Le Fonti International Award (Italy) and several prestigious international awards. Prior to joining BCG Land, Michael has broad international business exposure in over 125 cities of 25 countries including of USA, Europe, Australia, Gulf and India, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Vietnam while he looked after global operation and business development in CapitaLand Limited (Singapore), Ascott Limited (Singapore), and senior BOD’s advisor in Hoa Binh Corporation (Vietnam).

In concurrence with his entrepreneurship excellence, Michael also spend a lot of time contributing to academic works. Currently, Michael serves as member of Cornell University Council (USA) and CUHK Dean’s Advisory Board (Hong Kong). For his excellence in academic contribution, Michael is named for “Dr. Michael Dang Cornell Undergraduate / Post Graduate Scholarships” and “Dr. Michael Dang – Director of Cornell Hotel Research Center”. Startler’s Hotel School Conference Hall, Library Office, and Faculty Office in Cornell University are also named after him. Besides, Michael is also lecturer for Cornell Dean’s Distinguished Lecture Series, CUHK Dean’s Distinguished Lecture Series, Keynote Speaker for East Carolina University Conference (USA), Guest Lecture for Yale University (USA) & Nanyang Business School (Singapore) and Special Guest-speaker for Blackrock Inc. (USA) webcast interview series. Michael is Case Sponsor, Case Writer and Judge for Cornell’s International Real Estate Case Competition in Asia. 

As Gifted ASEAN scholar, Michael graduated from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) with first-class-honor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Michael received International Young Inventor Award and Vietnam President’s Award. Taking the inaugural Philip Yeo’s CapitaLand scholarship, Michael attended Master of Management in Hospitality in Cornell University. Michael selected PhD of General Management in Singapore Management University as a part of his lifelong learning journey.

His interest in wine collection made his French wine import business being largest in Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Tung Lam

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of BCG. In this position, Mr. Tuan is responsible for overall management of BCG's activities. At the same time, he is also responsible for investor relations, participating in strategic planning and realizing value for BCG's investment projects.

Mr. Tuan is also the Executive Vice Chairman of BCG Energy - a member company of BCG operating in the field of renewable energy. He directly manages BCG's key energy projects.

Before joining BCG, Mr. Tuan is a senior financial expert of BMO Nesbitt Burns Wealth Management, one of Canada's largest securities brokerage firms and investment service management for individual customers. In addition, he used to work at Citibank Canada with the position of Vice President, in charge of statutory financial statements. Before that, he worked at the Montreal Bank as a Senior Financial Manager.
He completed his Master of Business in Banking and Finance from Monash University (Australia).  He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA-UK).

Ms. Hoang Thi Minh Chau

In addition to being CFO, Ms. Chau is also the Vice Chairman in charge of Finance of BCG Energy JSC, responsible for the Group's financial and accounting responsibilities as well as undertaking financial functions for BCG's member companies. She also provides comments on corporate structure, finance and due diligence for new acquisitions and operating companies.

Chau is a member of CPA Vietnam and holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Commerce (Vietnam).

Mr. Bui Thanh Lam

Mr. Bui Thanh Lam has been appointed a member of the Board of Directors of BCG since April 2016. Before that, he was a member of Supervisory Board of BCG. He has many years of experience working in the fields of financial investment business, insurance, real estate and has extensive relationships with domestic and foreign investors. Mr. Lam made a great contribution to BCG in expanding relationships with major domestic and foreign investors, thereby helping to expand the Group's business scale and project development capability.

Mr. Lam also holds the position of Member of BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Tracodi) and Permanent Member of BOD of BCG Land JSC - which is two of the pillar subsidiaries of BCG operating in the field of Construction - Trading and Real Estate.

Before joining BCG, Mr. Lam held many important positions in the Board of Directors of large companies such as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of BT Vietnam Pharmaceutical JSC; Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of Farmapex Pharmaceutical JSC, Binh Duong and Chairman of Members' Council of Thai Son Sai Gon Advisory Investment Ltd., Company.

Mr. Lam graduated Master of International Relations from Huron University (United Kingdom).

Mr. Tan Bo Quan, Andy

Mr. Tan Bo Quan, Andy has been appointed a member of the Board of Directors of BCG since May 2021. Before that, he was a Independent member of Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment JSC (TRACODI) and BCG Land JSC. 

Since 2016, Mr. Andy joined BCG as an Project Manager. In addition, he held positions in the Board of Supervisory Board of BCG and BCG Energy (BCG’s subsidiary).

He has many years of experience working in the fields of financial consulting, insurance, real estate and has extensive relationships with domestic and foreign investors. Mr. Andy was the Co-Founder and held the position of CEO at A Consulting Group Pte. Ltd from 2014 – 2016.

Mr. Andy received his Bachelor of Communication and Journalism from National University of Singapore.
