Mr. Nguyen Tung Lam

Mr. Lam possesses extensive experience in business administration and banking - finance. 

Currently, he is serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at BCG Land JSC and as the Chief Executive Officer at Viet Linh Commercial and Technology JSC. 

Mr. Lam completed his Master's in Finance from Bentley University (USA) and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hanoi Foreign Trade University.

Mr. Pham Huu Quoc

Mr. Quoc is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant for BCG, bearing overall responsibility for the Group's finance and accounting as well as financial functions for BCG’s subsidiaries. He also contributes insights regarding corporate structure, finance, and appraisal for new mergers and operating companies. 

Mr. Quoc graduated with a Bachelor's degree, specializing in Accounting - Auditing and Economic Law, from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Anh Tuyet

Mrs. Tuyet has held the position of Chief of the Board of Directors' Office at Bamboo Capital Group (BCG) and Industrial and Transport Development and Investment JSC (Tracodi) for many years. Starting from 2023, she has additionally taken on the role of Group Coordinator and Corporate Governance Person in charge at BCG. 

Mrs. Tuyet graduated with a Bachelor's in English Language from Ho Chi Minh City General University.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Thuong

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Thuong currently serves as Public Relations Director at Bamboo Capital Group JSC, simultaneously leading the Group's Public Relations Committee and being responsible for the communication activities of all companies within the Bamboo Capital ecosystem. With extensive experience in both communications and law, Ms. Thuong previously held the position of Secretary for Senior Advisory roles at several banks and also Public Relations Director for companies in Vietnam before joining BCG.

Ms. Thuong graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Law and Master of International Law at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.

Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen

Bà Huỳnh Thị Kim Tuyến hiện đang nắm giữ chức vụ Chủ tịch Ủy ban nguồn vốn tại Bamboo Capital Group. Với hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm về thị trường tài chính, bà chịu trách nhiệm trong việc cơ cấu nguồn vốn, phân bổ và quản lý tài chính một cách hiệu quả. Gia nhập BCG từ năm 2015, bà đã đảm nhận nhiều vai trò quan trọng tại các công ty con trong hệ sinh thái của Tập đoàn như Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT tại Công ty cổ phần Đầu tư Phát triển Công nghiệp và Vận tải (TRACODI), Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT tại Công ty cổ phần BCG Land, và là thành viên Hội đồng thành viên tại Công ty Taxi Việt Nam.

Mr. Ho Viet Thuy

Mr. Ho Viet Thuy currently holds the position of Director of Logistics and Supply Chain Control Division at BCG. With over 10 years of experience in the transportation sector, Mr. Thuy has held key positions in construction corporates. In his role, he is responsible for crucial areas such as transportation infrastructure, civil construction, water plants, wastewater management, and port construction.

Mr. Thuy earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Highway and Airport Construction from Ha Noi University of Transport and Communications.

Mr. Le Thanh Tung

Mr. Le Thanh Tung brings extensive experience in planning business strategies and governance in multinational corporations, both in Vietnam and internationally. As the Director of the Investment Analysis, Research, and Investor Relations Division, Mr. Tung oversees the development of fundraising strategies domestically and internationally, as well as finalizing action plans for the Investor Relations Department. Since joining BCG in 2021, Mr. Tung has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of subsidiary companies within the Group's ecosystem. Additionally, he holds the position of CEO of Tipharco Pharmaceuticals Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Tung graduated with Honors Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and PhD in Financial Investment from Middlesex University, London, United Kingdom.

Mr. Vuong Van Manh

Mr. Manh currently holds the position of Director of the Information Technology Division and Vice Chairman of the Technology Committee. With over 15 years of experience in the field of information technology, Mr. Manh has led and supervised numerous important projects for the Group. In his role, he is responsible for key areas such as developing technology strategies and providing advisory support to the leadership in the application of technology for production and business activities.

Mr. Manh graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Le Van Son

Mr. Le Van Son brings extensive experience serving as the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Board of Directors at Bamboo Capital Group JSC (BCG) and Director of Business Support Division at BCG Energy JSC. With a background in proposing and implementing business strategies focused on risk management and fostering company growth, Mr. Son has taken on the position of Director of Business Support Division at BCG since 2024.

Mr. Son graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Hanoi Law University in 1996.
