Mr. Nguyen Trung Truc

Graduated in Australia with bachelor (1975) and master (1977) degrees both in economics, Truc has extensive working experience both in operating and advisory capacities at senior levels in Australasia and South East Asia. Returned to Vietnam in early 1990 and as a local shareholder/partner of Peregrine Group, he is credited with the establishment of several major commercial operations - all of which Peregrine Capital Vietnam was a major shareholder/operating partner: First privately-owned commercial bank – ĐAI NAM BANK, 50/50 partnership with Prudential UK Group in a first 100% foreign-owned life insurance company in Vietnam and exclusive country distributorships for Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Chrysler cars, Piaggio motorbikes, Johnson & Johnson, Brother, Minolta, Hewlett Packard, Chubb Safes etc.

In 1996, Euromoney voted Peregrine Capital Vietnam with Nguyen Trung Truc as its Managing Director as the Best Foreign Securities Firm in Vietnam (Euromoney Award for Excellence 1996).

Currently Truc is founder of a non-profit Trinh Cong Son Foundation and acts as Advisor to some Vietnam-based start-ups and mentor to several successful Vietnamese entrepreneurs.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang

Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang (pseudonym Nguyen Duc) is a journalist with extensive experience in the field of management, training in journalism and communication.

With more than 40 years of journalism, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang has held important positions of one of the leading press agencies in the country, he is also a sharp writer and active in many fields and genres of journalism. At the same time, contributing to training a generation working at The Saigon Liberation Newspaper, currently the leader and manager of a number of major newspapers in Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition to his journalistic experience, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang is also a proponent of establishing and running famous charity programs such as Tribute to Truong Son (Saigon Liberation Newspaper), Rural Bridge, Border Gratitude. Friendship (Vietnam Rural Magazine). Thereby, hundreds of billions of dong have been mobilized to contribute to localities across the country, especially in border areas, deep-lying and remote areas, to build thousands of houses of gratitude and solidarity; hundreds of bridges and culverts; dozens of medical stations...

Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang joined the BCG's advisory board with the goal and orientation that BCG will become a sustainable development corporation attached to the community, for the development of the community.

 

Mr. Nguyen Anh Nguyen

Mr. Nguyen Anh Nguyen has joined BCG since 2024, playing a crucial role in the Group's Advisory Board. Mr. Nguyen is distinguished by his remarkable achievements in the fields of technology and business management.

With over 16 years of experience at Unilever Vietnam, he has occupied key positions such as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Deputy Head of Supply Chain. Furthermore, he has made significant contributions to the development and management of other major conglomerates like Masan Group, where he served as Group CIO, Deputy CEO, and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at One Mount Group. He also brings experience from his involvement in the Management Board of leading FMCG companies in Vietnam. Presently, Mr. Nguyen is one of the founders of Aura Network and a member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Mr. Nguyen graduated with top honors in Electrical Systems Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 1992.
