Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam

In addition to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nam is directly involved in operating the Real Estate Project Management Board. His principles of value creation and Governance model suffuse all of BCG’s activities. Creative thinking, sharp analysis and collegial interactions are a solid foundation to help Mr. Nam build a working environment and corporate culture of BCG as well as establish relationships with our business partners. He is also a pioneer in planning development strategies to enhance the value of Bamboo Capital Group.

Currently, Mr. Nam is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BCG Land JSC and BCG Energy JSC - two pillar subsidiaries of BCG.

Before establishing BCG in 2011, Mr. Nam was the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial JSC (Sacombank - SBS) - one of the fastest growing securities firms in Vietnam. 
Mr. Nam graduated as Bachelor of Finance at Ho Chi Minh University of Economics (Vietnam). In 2003, he were sponsored a scholarship from Australian Government (ADS) and completed his Master degree of Finance and Banking at Monash Unviversity (Australia).

Mr. Nguyen The Tai

In the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of BCG, Mr. Nguyen The Tai is also the Chairman of the Executives Committee. 

Mr. Tai has a wealth of experience in operating, managing and organizing the personnel apparatus to operate professionally and effectively. Along with his leadership capacity and acumen, he participated in the management, strategic planning for BCG and also our subsidiaries, greatly contributing to the growth of BCG in the past time. 

Before joining BCG, Mr. Tai holds the position of General Director of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial JSC (Sacombank - SBS) in charge of technology development. In addition, he has more than 10 years of experience in the position of Information Technology Director at Unilever Vietnam.

Mr. Tai received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics (Vietnam).

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan

In addition to holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors cum Deputy General Director, Mr. Tuan also holds the position of Chairman of International Fundraising Committee. Mr. Tuan is responsible for overall management of BCG's activities. At the same time, he is also responsible for investor relations, participating in strategic planning and realizing value for BCG's investment projects.

Mr. Tuan is also the CEO of BCG Energy - a member company of BCG operating in the field of renewable energy. He directly manages BCG's key energy projects.

Before joining BCG, Mr. Tuan is a senior financial expert of BMO Nesbitt Burns Wealth Management, one of Canada's largest securities brokerage firms and investment service management for individual customers. In addition, he used to work at Citibank Canada with the position of Vice President, in charge of statutory financial statements. Before that, he worked at the Montreal Bank as a Senior Financial Manager.
He completed his Master of Business in Banking and Finance from Monash University (Australia).  He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA-UK).

Mr. Dinh Hoai Chau

In addition to being Chief of the Supervisor Board of BCG, Mr. Chau is also the Chairman of Audit and Compliance Committee.

Prior to joining BCG, Chau has spent years studying and working in Australia, where he was Management Accountant at Unique Bags and Luggage Pty Ltd and Accounting Manager at Caarels Group Pty Ltd. 

Chau received his B.A in Finance at University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and B.A in Accountancy at RMIT University in Melbourne (Australia).

Ms. Le Thi Mai Loan

Ms. Le Thi Mai Loan is a Co-Founder of BCG. At the same time, she is currently the Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tracodi and BCG Land - two of the Group's four pillar member companies. She is in charge of financing, procurement, marketing and sales strategy for the Group's projects.

Before joining BCG, Ms. Loan had experience working in many large companies such as Handico Financial JSC as Deputy Director – Capital Management, Sacombank Securities JSC as Chief of Staff – BOD Office.

Ms. Loan graduated as Bachelor of Economics from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics and Master of International Business from PGSM University (France).

Ms. Hoang Thi Minh Chau

In addition to being CFO, Ms. Chau is also the Chairman of the Finance and Accounting Board of Bamboo Capital Group, responsible for the Group's financial and accounting responsibilities as well as undertaking financial functions for BCG's member companies. She also provides comments on corporate structure, finance and due diligence for new acquisitions and operating companies.

Chau is a member of CPA Vietnam and holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Commerce (Vietnam).

Ms. Tran Thi Hue Linh

Ms. Tran Thi Hue Linh is currently the legal counsel and the person in charge of the corporate governance of Bamboo Capital Group. She takes responsibilities for the Group’s legal matters and consults the Board of Directors about strategic investments. Besides, she is also holding the position of senior advisor at Ho Chi Minh branch of dMTV law firm.

Ms. Linh has more than 12 years of experience in negotiating, consulting on trade promotion for Asian - European investors in Vietnam as well as consulting in resolving many commercial and civil disputes. She is currently a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and the Vietnam Bar Federation.
Ms. Linh has Bachelor and Master degrees from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law (Vietnam).

Mr. Pham Nguyen Thien Chuong

In addition to the position of Independent Member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Chuong is also directly involved in operation the Foreign Affairs and Communication Committee, he is in charge of Foreign Affairs for the Group. 

Mr. Chuong is a pioneer in building relationships between Gorvernment and business lead by himself. He has been the Director of Strategy and Government Relations at British American Group since 2003, up to now, he has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Foreign Regulations.

Mr. Chuong completed his Bachelor of Law on Economics from Ho Chi Minh University of Law and Bachelor of Foreign Trade Economics from Foreign Trade University Ho chi Minh City (Vietnam).
