Vietnamese conglomerate Bamboo Capital Group is driving its growth based on three core businesses - infrastructure, renewable energy, and real estate - and will invest more in the pharmaceutical sector, the corporation’s leadership said.

Tracodi, a subsidiary of Bamboo Capital Group, has set a target of raking in VND3.3 trillion ($141 million) in consolidated net revenue in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 13%, said the company’s leadership.

BGG - SP Greensky, a joint venture between Singapore utilities company SP Group and Vietnamese firm BCG Energy, has received $31.5 million disbursed by three major Singapore banks as part of a credit line totaling $50 million.

Current difficulties can provide opportunities for enterprises to restructure both management and operations so they can weather the “storm” and pave the way for stronger growth, said Pham Minh Tuan, vice chairman of Bamboo Capital Group (BCG).

(BCG) - Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) has just sent the report on the results of the offering to the existing shareholders to the State Securities Commission. Accordingly, BCG successfully issued 148 million shares, bringing in more than VND 1,785 billion, thereby raising its charter capital to more than 4,463 billion dong.
