Attached are our business highlights for FY16 Q3.

According to BCG’s Q3 FY16 consolidated business results, Q3’s revenue from sales of goods and services and accumulated revenue are 387.7 billion VND and 995 billion VND, increasing by 28.4% and 73.3% over the same period of last year, respectively.

Interstates 830 & 824 connect with both Duc Hoa and Ben Luc Towns. Being the main traffic flow that supports socio-economic development for areas around Ho Chi Minh City, these Interstates link the dynamic industrial parks with Highway 1A and Long An Port along the currently invested Ben Luc – Tan Tap Road.

On September 19th, 2016, SSC has confirmed receipt of all documents and reports required for stock issuance under BCG’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan according to BCG’s Report No. 95/2016/CV-BCG issued on August 9th, 2016. The issuance plan shall comply with Shareholders’ Resolution passed by shareholders’ opinion poll by Document No. 01/2016/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ issued on March 2nd, 2016; 2016 Annual General Meeting’s Resolution No. 02/2016/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ issued on April 5th, 2016; Board Resolutions No. 23/2016/QĐ-HĐQT, No. 23A/2016/QĐ-HĐQT, and No. 24/2016/NQ-HĐQT issued on July 28th, 2016.

For the last six months of 2016, Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) has committed to fulfilling and exceeding the 2016 business plan which was passed in the shareholders’ meeting. In order to accomplish this goal, BCG has redirected its development strategy and implementation plan for the next 5-year period.
