Bamboo Capital JSC (BCG) announced:
- Resolution No. 57/2021/NQ-HĐQT-BCG dated 10/11/2021 on approving the plan of bond issuance to the public, particularly the planned usage and development of capital, scheduled coupon payments and repayment of principal obtained, and the listing of the bonds on the securities trading system.
- The approval of lending the capital to Dong Thanh 2 Wind Power Company Limited and BCG Wind Soc Trang JSC, which are two subsidiaries of BCG, according to the planned usage and development of capital obtained from the bond issuance in Resolution No. 57/2021/NQ-HĐQT-BCG dated 10/11/2021.
