Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) announced:
− Resolution No. 59/2021/NQ-HĐQT-BCG dated November 19, 2021 on approving the plan of bond issuance to the public, particularly the planned usage and deployment of capital, scheduled coupon payments and repayment of principal obtained, and the listing of the bonds on the securities exchange.
− Information on the approval of lending plan for Dong Thanh Wind Energy 2 Company Limited and BCG Soc Trang Wind Joint Stock Company (which are subsidiaries of BCG) according to the planned usage and deployment of capital obtained from the bond issuance in Resolution No. 59/2021/NQ-HĐQT-BCG dated November 19, 2021.
− Resolution No. 59/2021/NQ-HDQT-BCG dated November 19, 2021 is the replacement for Resolution No. 57/2021/NQ-HDQT dated November 10, 2021 which was disclosed on November 11, 2021.
