(1) Decision on stock under trading suspension
Following Decision No. 962/QD-SGDHN dated 17/07/2026, HNX announces the trading suspension of Bamboo Capital JSC’s shares (stock code: BCG) as follows:
- Base of review: Decision No. 589/QD-SGDHCM dated 08/07/2026 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange on stock delisting;
- Reason: At the end of fiscal year 2025, the Company failed to fulfill reporting obligations of the Audited Financial Statements 2024;
- Effective date: 24/07/2026;
- Applicable laws: Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/03/2026 by the Vietnam Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of trading suspension as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision, Bamboo Capital JSC shall submit a written explanation to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), clarifying the reasons and proposing remedies.

(2) Notice on stock status
On 17/07/2026, HNX announces the status of shares of Bamboo Capital JSC’s shares (stock code: BCG) are put under trading restriction as follows: BCG shares are under trading suspension under Decision No. 962/QD-SGDHN dated 17/07/2026 as the Company at the end of the fiscal year failed to fulfill reporting obligations of the Audited Financial Statements 2024 as prescribed in Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/03/2026 by the Vietnam Exchange.
