On February 6, 2026, Bamboo Capital Group Joint Stock Company (the Company) received Official Letter No. 1130/UBCK-GSĐC dated February 4, 2026 from the State Securities Commission. The Company hereby announces the temporary postponement of the disclosure of the audited financial statements for 2024, the semi-annual reviewed financial statements for 2025, and the audited financial statements for 2025 due to force majeure, in accordance with the decision of the competent state authority. The Company will complete the disclosure of the audited financial statements once the situation has been resolved, in full compliance with the applicable regulations
