Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (the “Company”) hereby announces that the first session of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in September 2026 was not eligible to be convened, and announces the plan for the second session of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:
- The first session of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in September 2026, scheduled for 16 September 2026, was not eligible to be convened in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s Charter, as the number of shareholders and duly authorized representatives attending the Meeting represented less than 50% of the total voting shares of the Company.
- Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company has issued the Notice of Invitation to the second session, scheduled to commence at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, 17 September 2026. The second session of the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be conducted when the attending shareholders and duly authorized representatives represent at least 33% of the total voting shares of the Company.
- Other matters relating to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in September 2026 shall be conducted in accordance with the Notice of Invitation to the Meeting and the documents previously disclosed by the Company.
