Bamboo Capital Group Joint Stock Company (BCG) announces the following information: On December 12, 2025, BCG signed Audit Contract No. HDKT.1.2512.065-KT with A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct the audit of BCG’s 2024 stand alone and consolidated financial statements (enclosed is Resolution No. 44/2025/NQ-HĐQT-BCG dated November 13, 2024 on approving the change of the independent auditor for BCG’s 2024 financial statements).
