On August 23, 2024, Bamboo Capital Group Joint Stock Company (BCG) received the 31st amendment of the Business Registration Certificate (change in charter capital) issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City dated August 22 2024, changing in charter capital due to issuance of shares to increase share capital from ower’s equity.
