Bamboo Capital Group Joint Stock Company (BCG) announces:
1) Resolution No. 82.12/2023/NQ-HDQT-BCG of the BOD dated November 24, 2023, regarding the exchange of the Company’s assets to secure the credit of Duong Phong Energy JSC at Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and approval of related transactions;
2) Resolution No. 82.14/2023/NQ-HDQT-BCG of the BOD dated November 24, 2023, regarding the exchange of the Company's assets to secure the credit of Transport and Industry Development Investment JSC at Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and approval of related transactions.
