Bamboo Capital JSC (BCG) announces the information about signing the auditing service contract for the financial statements of 2020 with the following contents:

• The Board of Directors approved on selecting Auditing Accounting Services Consulting Southern (AASCS) as the entity which will perform auditing service for the separated and consolidated financial statements for semi-annual and annual period 2020
• On June 29th 2020, BCG and Auditing Accounting Services Consulting Southern (AASCS) had signed the contract No.: 171 HĐKT/TC/2020/AASCS
