On March 22, 2017, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved to withdraw all stake at BCG Nam Viet Energy JSC by transferring 600,000 common shares, equivalent to 6 billion dongs, to other partner.
The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Nguyen The Tai, Deputy Chairman cum CEO, to decide a partner, negotiate and sign a share transfer contract.
