According to Board Resolution No.13 dated May 11, 2016, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved to issue shares to pay dividend for 2015:

• Stock name: Stock ofBamboo Capital Joint Stock Company
• Stock type: common share
• Par value: VND10,000/share
• Expected issue volume: 3,256,000 shares
• Total issue value: VND32,560,000,000
• Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit. 
• Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2015
• Issue ratio: 8:1 (Those who own 08 shares will receive 01 new share.)
• Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
